Kalinga Pathways is a Sydney-based coaching and career transition service dedicated exclusively to Filipino healthcare professionals pursuing nursing and healthcare careers in Australia with employer-sponsored visa pathways.
"Kalinga" means "care" in Filipino - and it defines everything we do.
We are not a migration agency. We are not a recruitment agency. We are a coaching and guidance service staffed by professionals who have walked this path themselves, understand exactly what is required, and are committed to making your journey as clear, efficient, and supported as possible.

WHO KALINGA PATHWAYS IS FOR
Registered Nurses (BSN, PRC licensed) at any stage of the AHPRA process.
Other Healthcare Professionals: Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Medical Radiation Practitioners, Speech Pathologists, and more.
Nurses with USRN or overseas experience may qualify for streamlined AHPRA pathways.
Healthcare professionals in Australia on another visa seeking employer sponsorship (482 or 186 visa).
